Shipping policy

 

Orders:

1. Orders are placed via our website (3sixy6Internationaltraing.com), Social Media, or Customer Order line.

2. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of confirmation. In most cases, orders will ship the same business day.

3. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on all shipments, including refusals and returns.

4. 3Sixty6 International Trading ships orders to the U.S. Only

5. Under certain circumstances, shipping methods are determined by the weight, size, or destination of the order. 3Sixty6 International Trading will use the most cost-effective shipping method.

6. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refused Orders:

Refused orders will be credited less 20% restocking fee (if applicable), freight and handling charges.

 

 

Loss, Damage/Pilferage, mis-shipments, mis-billings, and shortages:

1. Claims for lost shipment or damage/pilferage must be reported to 3Sixty6 International Trading Claims Department within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date.

2. Refund will be issued for the returned product when the returned product is received and inspected by 3Sixty6 International Trading's suppliers.

 

Returns:

1. Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) is required on the shipping label for all product returns, or they will be refused. RMA# is valid for 30 days.

2. Customer must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive a refund. eSixty6 International Trading does not track expired RMA#’s.
